Andreas Krebs is an entrepreneur, an internationally experienced manager, and an expert on leadership, globalization, and entrepreneurship. He is one of the few Germans to have made it to the executive board of a “Big Pharma” company in corporate America. Andreas currently runs his own venture capital business, Longfield Invest, which invests in young startups and growth businesses covering many sectors and operating in the New Economy. Up until 2010, Andreas held international leadership positions with Bayer AG and the Wyeth Corporation, latterly serving on the main board in the United States, where he was responsible for more than eight thousand employees in ninety-six countries. He worked in seven countries, in the UK, Austria, nine years in Latin America, in Asia, Canada and, finally, in the United States. From 2010 until 2019, he was chairman of the board at Merz KGaA, Frankfurt, and holds other board positions across various sectors. In addition, he dedicates time as chairman of the private NGO Girassol e.V., supporting children and young people living in poverty in São Paulo, Brazil.

Paul Williams

Paul Williams is an internationally experienced manager, executive coach, and entrepreneur. Since 2003, he has been managing partner at the consulting firm Paul Williams & Associates in Langenfeld, Germany, which specializes in leadership coaching, self-management, and organizational development. Early in his career, the natural scientist and native Englishman held positions in international sales, marketing, and general management in Europe, Australasia, the United States, the Middle East, and Africa at the pharmaceutical division of Bayer AG. From 1995, Paul assumed responsibility for human resources in international business operations and later for global research and product development. He is married and lives with his wife Steffi in Leverkusen.
